When it comes down to it, I've always been much more inspired by what people on the street are wearing than anything in fashion magazines or on the runway. I love seeing how people interpret trends while incorporating their own twist. Plus, so often I see things in stores or in magazines that I would never imagine wearing until I see someone else on the street rocking it and suddenly I see a garment in a whole new light. San Francisco is full of interesting people/style watching but since I've been away at school my inspiration has been lacking.

That is, until I log onto some of the excellent street style blogs such as The Sartorialist & The Facehunter. I love how I can see exactly what fabulous women & men all over the world are wearing right in a matter of seconds. Globalization at its finest!

Sienna Miller's clothing line

Another name to the never-ending list of Hollywood-starlets gone fashion designers...

According to Style.com, Sienna Miller and sister Savannah are starting a label, Twenty8Twelve, which is set to launch Fall 2007. Sienna seeks to bring back the individuality of dressing as opposed to the fashion cycle of see-it-in-the-tabloids one day, wear it the next, & move on to the next latest celeb trend.
